The member houses and the charter
The Cercle does not compete with its members. It gives the established estate houses of Morocco a shared address, a shared standard and a fair way to sell together. Every house in the register carries the name of the member who presents it.

The charter
- I. Shared mandates
- A house may open a mandate to the whole circle. Any member may introduce the buyer.
- II. A fair division
- The fee is shared between the listing house and the introducing house on terms agreed in advance.
- III. Each house keeps its name
- Every entry carries the name of the house that presents it. The client relationship stays with its member.
- IV. By invitation
- New houses are proposed by a member and admitted by the circle, at most one seat per specialty and province.
- V. Discretion first
- No public prices without the owner’s consent, no mass advertising, no lists sold or shared.
